Exercise is one of the best ways to maintain strength, energy, mobility and cope with cancer related fatigue during and after cancer treatment. You should find an exercise that fits your interest and the needs of your body. If you don't feel comfortable exercising on your own, you can work with a physical therapist or a qualified trainer.
