Probe Shows Potential for Identifying Breast Cancers

Nov 29, 2014 - The radiolabeled peptide analog 64Cu-TP3805, which has a high affinity for the receptor for the oncogene product VPAC1, appears useful in identifying breast cancers with PET imaging, according to the results of an animal study published online Dec. 15 in the Journal of Nuclear Medicine.
