This shake is high in calories and protein. It is ideal for folks who are struggling with weight loss and difficulty swallowing during treatment. Ingredients
1 cup 2% milk
1 frozen banana (medium size, 7-8 inches)
1/3 cup powdered nonfat milk
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup peanut butter Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
We keep a Ziploc bag of frozen bananas (already peeled) in the freezer at all times. When my bananas are getting a little too ripe, I add them to the bag in the freezer.
